Validate and launch

Surfside checks your website and app tracking, POS connection, and CRM connection before launch. Your representative will let you know if anything needs your attention and explain the online and in-store results available for your setup.

This page shows the checks we run. You don’t need to complete them yourself, but it helps to know what “ready” looks like.

  • Participating stores. Which locations the campaign promotes and measures.
  • Audiences. Which groups we reach, drawn from your connected data.
  • Budget and timing. How much, and when the campaign runs.
  • Creative. The ads shoppers will see. Your representative will share specifications and can help with production.

Launch and first review

Once the connections and campaign are ready, we go live. Shortly after launch, your representative reviews the first results with you and explains how to read the reporting. What you can measure describes each result in advance.
