Audience Integrations: Alpine IQ

Understanding and Configuring your Surfside Alpine IQ Integration​

Below are instructions on how to push audiences to Surfside from Alpine IQ. ​

  • Once within the Alpine IQ user interface, select "Surfside" as a new source and please enter following details:

  • Bucket: surfside-partners/account/[[ SURFSIDE PROVIDED ACCOUNT ID ]]/inbound/

  • Region: us-east-1

  • AccessKeyID: [[ SURFSIDE PROVIDED ACCESS KEY ID ]]

  • SecretAccessKey:[[ SURFSIDE PROVIDED SECRET ACCESS KEY ]]

Once this is configured you now have the ability to push any audiences you create within Alpine IQ to Surfside. The audience(s) needs to be pushed to Surfside as a destination as they will not automatically sync.

Surfside also supports a direct API integration which allows syncing of all customers for Audience Creation, Targeting and Suppression.
